Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

1. What users can request

• Access to personal data
• Correction of incorrect data
• Deletion where applicable
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to certain uses
• Copy of data where applicable

2. What to include in a request

• Full name
• Email used for Masonic Memory
• Province
• Lodge, if applicable
• Type of request
• Details of what they want changed or provided

3. Verification

Identity may need to be checked before data is released or changed.

4. Response time

We aim to respond to valid requests within one month, unless the request is complex or further verification is needed.
