• upload harmful content
• misuse the app or disrupt service

Content is provided for authorised learning and training. Users remain responsible for following their lodge, province, or governing body guidance.

6. Admin users

Admins must only access data needed for their role. Admins must not export or share user data unless authorised.

7. Availability

The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or provider outages.

8. Changes to the service

Features may be updated or changed.

9. No guarantee of learning outcome

The app supports learning but does not guarantee ritual performance, office readiness, or appointment.

10. Limitation of liability

Masonic Memory provides this platform to assist with learning. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
